john roberts on the outer banks on north carolina. you just heard joe bastardi and i guess in north carolina authorities have already issued the get out warning there, correct? >> they have, down in the atlantic beach where i got to know mayor trace cooper some. they issued evacuation order earlier today. don't see the track of the hurricane changing too much up here in dare county in kill devil hills, bill, they decided to up the mandatory evacuation for visitors. now to residents as well. so, in all, more than 200,000 people will have to get off the island within the next 24 to 48 hours that hurricane is coming in sometime on saturday afternoon. there are some people who are still here. probably just lingering either vacationers or maybe they are residents who want to get one more day of beach in knowing they still have more time to get off the island. officials aren't pushing them off the island yet but probably do that soon. >> always people who want to leaf their homes and hunker down. police will forcibly remove those people, co
